The cottage is located in Demanovska valley, the gateway to the ski resort Jasna - Low Tatras. It was built in 30th years of the 20th century and is one of the oldest cottages in Demanovská valley. It has been fully reconstructed lately. Cottage offers accommodation in a peaceful and quiet environment, close to the river Demanovka. Total capacity max. 12 people. Ground floor: a living room with fireplace, TV and DVD, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, hob, kettle), 1 x bedroom with double bed and 2 x single bed, bathroom with shower and WC. The first floor: 2 x 3-bed rooms, 1 x 2-bed room. Available: summer terrace with grill and fireplace, spacious garden, free parking, free Wi-Fi.

Traditional cottage offers modern and comfortable accommodation suitable for families with children. Very good location, situated on the river bank with a spacious garden. Close to: the famous Demanovska caves, thermal baths and waterparks Tatralandia, Besenova (Gino Paradise) and Liptovsky Jan, water sports at the lake Liptovska Mara, hiking mountain tracks in Low and West Tatras, bike parks and bike tracks, mountain bobsledge, Tarzania high ropes and more. Only 6 km from the biggest Slovak ski resort Jasna (an internationally recognized ski center) with modern cableways, lifts, artificial snow ski slopes. Via Demanovska Valley lead a number of marked trails, starts from woody and rocky canyons along river Demanovka up to the top – highland with beautiful views of High Tatras and Liptov region.
